Ferrari F50 - The Quail 2025

Restoration Project - Ferrari F50 - The Quail 2025

XTR Auto Parts had the privilege of taking part in a truly historic project: the restoration of the only Ferrari F50 in Brazil – a rare masterpiece that embodies Ferrari’s purest vision of engineering excellence and motorsport heritage. The entire restoration process was carried out at the Euro Car workshop in Blumenau, Brazil.

Over several months, our team worked closely with Ferrari in Italy and partners around the world to source and supply genuine Ferrari components, acquired through official channels across the world. Each part was meticulously traced, verified by serial number, and selected to ensure 100% authenticity and perfect compatibility with the original factory specifications.

The result surpassed all expectations. In 2025, this exceptional Ferrari F50 was awarded “Best F50” at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week in California – one of the world’s most exclusive and prestigious automotive events.

This international recognition reflects not only the success of a flawless restoration but also the very essence of what drives XTR Auto Parts: preserving the originality, performance, and legacy of the world’s most iconic supercars.

Ferrari F50 - Technical Highlights & Heritage

Produced between 1995 and 1997, the Ferrari F50 was built to celebrate the marque’s 50th anniversary. Only 349 units were ever produced, making it one of the rarest and most coveted Ferraris in existence.

Directly inspired by Formula 1 technology, the F50 is powered by a 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, derived from the Ferrari 641 F1 car — the same engine configuration used by Alain Prost during the 1990 season. The power unit is bolted directly to the carbon-fiber monocoque, serving as a structural component of the chassis — a groundbreaking concept for a road car at the time.

Delivering 520 horsepower at 8,000 rpm through a six-speed manual gearbox, the F50 sprints from 0 to 100 km/h (0–62 mph) in just 3.8 seconds, reaching a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph). Every element of its design — from the double-wishbone suspension to the body sculpted by Pininfarina — showcases Ferrari’s unwavering dedication to blending art and performance at the highest level.

At XTR Auto Parts, we are proud to have contributed to preserving an automotive legend — combining technical expertise, global sourcing, and uncompromising authenticity to keep the spirit of true performance alive.
